Full Refund Policy — Legal Terms

1. General Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below or required by South African law. Contact support if you're unsure — we'll find the best solution.

2. CPA Cooling-Off Period

Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to cancel your first subscription within 5 business days of purchase for a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used. "Substantially used" means completing more than 2 courses. Email support@universalpromptvault.com within 5 business days to exercise this right.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We grant a refund provided ALL the following conditions are met:

• This is your first subscription purchase with Universal Prompt Vault
• You contacted us within 30 days of your initial purchase
• You completed at least 3 courses with a minimum 70% completion rate for each
• You provided screenshots confirming the 70%+ completion

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Renewal or subsequent subscription payments
• Failure to meet the completion requirements above
• Subscriptions cancelled after the cooling-off period without meeting guarantee conditions

5. Refund Processing

• Refund requests must be submitted to support@universalpromptvault.com within 3 business days of qualifying
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via Paystack to your original payment method
• All refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method

6. Service Unavailability

Refunds without meeting the completion requirements are only available if the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical faults on our side.

7. Your Rights Under SA Law

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), or any other applicable South African legislation.
