1.1. This User Agreement governs your use of Universal Prompt Vault, operated from the Republic of South Africa.
1.2. By accessing the Service, registering, or purchasing courses, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2.1. Universal Prompt Vault provides online AI education courses with built-in AI tools for practical learning.
2.2. Access requires registration and a valid subscription at the tier selected during purchase.
2.3. Additional features and courses may be offered after purchase.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if between 16-18.
3.2. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
3.3. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or provide false information.
4.1. Access is via monthly subscription at the tier selected: Starter (R199/mo), Intermediate (R399/mo), or Pro (R499/mo).
4.2. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed via Paystack.
4.3. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
4.4. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
4.5. Failed payments may be retried up to 5 times within the billing cycle. Persistent failure may result in suspension.
5.1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is available for first-time subscribers who complete at least 3 courses with 70%+ completion. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5.2. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may cancel within 5 business days of purchase for a full refund if the service has not been substantially used.
5.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
5.4. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.1. All course content, prompts, platform design, and materials are our exclusive property.
6.2. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.
6.3. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any course content.

8.1. The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific career or financial outcomes from course completion.
8.2. Educational results depend on individual effort, application, and market conditions.
8.3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.4. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9.1. We process personal data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
9.2. By using the Service, you consent to data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.3. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
10.1. Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you consent to receiving communications electronically.
10.2. All agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
11.3. Consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and POPIA.
12.1. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
12.2. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
12.3. Upon termination, your access to paid content ends at the conclusion of your current billing period.
13.1. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
13.2. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
13.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Universal Prompt Vault.
