Effective Date: June 2026
1.1. These Subscription Terms govern your subscription to Universal Prompt Vault, operated from the Republic of South Africa. By subscribing, you agree to these terms along with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2.1. We offer the following monthly subscription plans:
2.2. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
2.3. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
2.4. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or dashboard notification. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
3.1. Payments are processed securely via Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
3.2. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.
3.3. By confirming your subscription, you consent to automatic monthly renewal until cancelled.
4.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard under Settings → Plan → Cancel.
4.2. Cancelling disables auto-renewal. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4.3. To cancel, click "Cancel Plan" in your Dashboard Settings, or email support@universalpromptvault.com.
5.1. Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews each month on your billing date.
5.2. The renewal fee will be the same as your current plan rate unless you were notified of a price change.
5.3. You can view your next payment date in your Dashboard under Settings.
6.1. If a payment fails, we will retry up to 5 times within the billing cycle.
6.2. Continued failure may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is resolved.
6.3. You can update your payment method at any time through Paystack.
7.1. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7.2. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may cancel within 5 business days of your first purchase for a full refund if the service has not been substantially used.
7.3. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers who complete at least 3 courses with 70%+ completion.
7.4. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these Subscription Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
8.2. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
